Why Solomon gets into bible/resurrection??? =Biggest Apostate ever???

They screwed up my dogs treatment!
by Bumble Bee ini posted way back in september that my dog had two bad cancers in her mouth.
we took her into the ontario vet college for available treatment options.
this is a world class, top notch veterinary teaching college.

Have You Ever Rejected Being Appointed an Elder/MS Before the Announcement?
by GermanXJW inwhen i was a jw several brothers (ms) told me in private that the elders had asked them several times if they did not want to become an elder.
they said they rejected because it was too much responsibility for them.
were you ever approached that the boe wanted to make you an elder but you refused?

Twice I moved and was asked if I wanted to contiue serving as a Ministerial Servant....I think they missed the point of my moving!!...I made excuses, health, work, stress etc.

there are 300 people working in this factory and two of them are muslims.
the muslims have requested that they require special toilets just for themselves.

I think we need to be more tolerant of other peoples culture. In Australia I had a cleaning job where many Asian people would also stand on the toilet seat. This is how they do it in there country, and they find it hard to do it any other way. You would insist on a western toilet in their country so why can't they do the same?

if the householder asks, we would explain our voluntry work was paid for by donations.
i was suprised how many people would give you $10 or $20 dollars thinking it's going to some good cause....however, i would go and buy some lunch at mc donald's.

It's just too tempting...especially if your a poor Witness, to spend the money and "pay it back later" which never happens. I know many pioneers who did this.

If the householder asks, we would explain our voluntry work was paid for by donations. I was suprised how many people would give you $10 or $20 dollars thinking it's going to some good cause....however, I would go and buy some lunch at Mc Donald's. Why give it to the society...one time 6 months ago my wife dropped $50 dollars into the contribution box....I almost reached in to snatch it back....they OWE ME, I'm not giving them any more cash!!
